I had an excellent stay at this hotel in Karon. The staff were professional and welcoming, always with a smile on their faces. The room was comfortable and clean, and I particularly loved the upmarket restaurant attached to the hotel. The breakfast options were fresh and delicious, with a choice between American and Asian cuisines. The location of the hotel was also perfect, right in the heart of Karon and just a short walk away from all the attractions. this was a fabulous boutique hotel that offered great value for money.

I thought breakfast, room and staff was very good !

There were ants everywhere it was annoying. Wifi in the room didn't work super slow had to go all the time to the lobby. Plus you couldn't take long showers cause the water would come out, we ask to fix it but apparently the didn't and we were 3 ppl in the room. So there was water all over the bathroom all the time.

Handy base for a vacation in Karon! We would recommend and return to the place. We appreciated the fact that we chose bamboo house phuket...

This place is conveniently located, just 19 miles from the airport, and we would love to come back anytime we visit❤.

it's the best choose in Karon beach for this price, nice staff, the restaurant of hotel provide a good food quality and service for a raisonable price(if you compare with those restaurants next door, almost same price but not good quality). the room was ok, you got what you see on the picture. close to the beach, 5mins walk, face to a nice thai massage salon(On Lee). if you rent a motobike, it's easy to go to Patong or Kata. the beach of karon is more quiet than Patong.

ant problem, my husband and me stay for 3 nights, first night i saw 2-3 ants on our bed, the second day, when we back from the beach we discover a dead cockroach on the floor of bathroom, around hundreds ants, really disgusting. no elevator, swimming pool is too small ,but we perfer go to the beach

Very good place to stay. Staff is very accommodating and friendly, especially people at reception. Welcome drink at check-in was nice. Room was well appointed, very clean, and quiet. Looking up swimming pool above the window from the ground floor room, which made me feel a bit unusual, but not bad, actually. Beautiful Karon beach is about 5 minutes away. Mini mart on premise, various shops and food outlets can be found nearby. I regret that I stayed here only one night. Wish to come back again.

Convenient location, walking distance to attractions. Nice pool and restaurant with discount. Friendly staff, gave beach towels daily. Comfortable bed and good wifi. Will definitely come back next year.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices for comfortable rooms. The attention to detail is evident, with interesting and well-designed rooms. The staff provide excellent service and are attentive to guests' needs. The location is perfect, right in the center of restaurants and other leisure places. Additionally, the breakfast is cooked and served fresh every day, making for a delightful start to the morning.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

Very pleasant and quiet stay in the hotel, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is hearty meal for breakfast with fruits, thai meal. The personal is very freindly. I recommend this hotel in Karon beach.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the beautiful beach and surrounded by local shops and restaurants. The rooms are modernly furnished and have access to the internet on a flat screen TV, which is a great plus. The bathroom is decorated well and has a great power shower. the hotel offers excellent value for money with its comfortable rooms and convenient amenities.

No improvement needed, everything was perfect.

Rooms look lovely. Bed comfortable. Clean beach towels provided every day. Mac Mini in room (going through TV, so can also watch DVDs) with net access. Reception staff great. It's in the heart of Karon, so the road is busy and noisy, but this is an oasis and set back off the street. Breakfast a mix of buffet and/or eggs/meat. Safe in room.

Only about 8 sun loungers next to pool - in fairness these was rarely full though. Service at breakfast varied from outstanding to unacceptable depending on which staff were working that day. Often nobody working in bar during the day. No shelf space for clothes in wardrobe, so hard to unpack if you have a lot of stuff.
